6. FAQs for using Whiteboard
Q: When repeat to calibrate the device on the multi-touch model, the calibration interface stops working.
A: The window7 system will save the last calibration data for the multi-touch device. If the new calibration data is so different from the last one, the calibration is invalid. Solution: click Esc key to exit the calibration interface, and then open the control panel to clear the last calibration data as the following pictures:
Q: The Hotkeys on the whiteboard are not available?
A: Please make sure that you have finished the "Whiteboard Calibration and Hotkeys. Setting".
Q: It fails to switch the device between single-touch and multi-touch mode sometimes?
A: The touch model switching need to get the confirmation of the hardware, the confirmation does fail sometime. Solution: before switching the model, pull up the USB connector then plug it again.

10. Installation Guide
I,Install the projector
a, Set the length-width ratio of projector according to whiteboard length-width ratio
b, Find a place suitable for control on the installation wall, measure and mark four triangle borders for projection area.(note: To set the size of projection area ,please refer to the ratio form above)
c, Open projector, install and fix the projector by the border mark on the wall. Deviation is acceptable , but be sure to keep the horizontal screen length and width ratio to be exactly the same as line a and line b.
II,Install the whiteboard
a, Determine the location of whiteboard with
Projection Screen border ,make sure the projector projection area and reference border line of whiteboard perfectly match.(note :during which manual focusing is necessary)
b, After positioning the whiteboard ,bore holes with drills into the wall according to the position of corner armor and fix the board tight.(note : mark the position to set screws in order to protect the wall)
III,Install software
a, connect all the devices with USB line
b, Install standard computer programmes
c, Install whiteboard software programme
