l The relative locations between the projector and the whiteboard changed.
l The whiteboard driver changed. For example, the driver program is reinstalled or upgraded, and the computer is upgraded.
Can I use common USB lines on the local market to connect the whiteboard and a computer?
In which cases should I perform Position setting/calibration?
l Please insure that the USB cable connected are provided by Technology, and check whether the USB cable has been connected properly.
l Check whether the Interactive whiteboard works normally. (The indicator of the Interactive Whiteboard can help you to detect, green color means you've got an active working status quo, other wise, please pull out and reconnect the USB cable).
l Check whether COM1 to COM4 serial interfaces are used. The whiteboard has to use one of the serial interfaces.
l Uninstall the ThinkDriver and restart your computer before reinstall it.
l The image is beyond the projection area due to incorrect horizontal or vertical adjustment of the projector.
l The image displayed is incomplete because the resolution of the computer is not set the same as that of the projector.
